ACoN is an acronym for Adult Child of Narcissists.
This page is meant to be a resource for everything that I have ever read or been given and found useful in my attempts to understand the narcissistic abuse I experienced as a child. With that in mind, my attempt is to also post good vibes and Christian views to help others who find it useful in their journey of recovery.
So here is a collection of helpful links that I hope will guide you and give you the strength to break free from your narc.
I am not a behavioral psychologist; I do not have a degree and I cannot diagnose for you or others what their behavioral disorders are/might be.
